Jessica Goepfert has been choreographing, teaching and performing professionally for over 15 years throughout New England. While earning her BA in dance from Connecticut College, she had the privilege of studying with David Dorfman, Ron Brown, Michael Jahoda and others. Jessica has performed with the Goldstar Dance Team, Girlz Nite Out and Rainbow Tribe. She is the current director of Suffolk University Dance Company and worked as the managing director and treasurer for Rainbow Tribe. She was also the assistant coach for the Boston College Dance Team. Jessica has an MBA from Babson College. She is Co-Founder and Executive Director of Cambridge Dance Company. - KRISTIN GREEN
Kristin Green began her dance training at age 3 in Salem, NH. Her early studies at Carlene Nazarian Dance Center included tap, ballet, jazz, lyrical, and pointe. During college, she performed with the University of New Hampshire Dance Company and taught at the Portsmouth School of Ballet. Kristin has a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Dance. Kristin joined Cambridge Dance Company in 2013, and in 2017 was named Artistic Director. She is keenly focused on emphasizing the company’s jazz-based roots and technical strengths with elements of contemporary dance as well. Her endless ideas and energy combined with a sharp eye for detail make Kristin a natural fit for the role. Outside of Cambridge Dance Company, Kristin puts her marketing skills to work as an Associate Director, Program Manager for an advertising agency. - LAUREN ELSON
Lauren Elson began her dance training more than 30 years ago in Los Angeles CA. She counts tap and jazz as her favorite styles, but has also studied ballet, hip-hop, contemporary, swing, salsa, and African. Lauren has performed with a variety of companies around the country and across the globe including: Rainbow Tribe, Los Salseros de Stanford, Calvin Wiley Dance Theater, Tapestry Dance Company, Batuu Askan Wi, and Adagio Dance Company. Lauren graduated from Brandeis University with majors in Neuroscience and Dance and Movement Studies. She received her MD from Tufts University and works as a physician specializing in sports medicine. - CRISTINA HOFF
Cristina Hoff grew up in Glastonbury, CT and began studying dance at age 3. Her early training was at Griffith Academy of Dance. She continued her studies at Keene State College where she received a BA in Communications with a minor in Dance. Cristina has performed all over New England with groups such as the Keene State College Dance Team, Riverside Dance Company, the AHL Hartford Wolfpack, WNBA Connecticut Sun and DFX Entertainment. In addition to performing with Cambridge Dance Company, Cristina is a fitness instructor and a full time mom. - ERIN JANISZEWSKI
Erin Spahr, an Indianapolis native and current Boston resident, brings more than 20 years of dance experience in teaching and performing. Her versatile training in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, and Modern have given her the opportunity to work in a wide variety of venues. Erin continued her diverse dance education in college, earning her degree in Dance Performance at Ball State University. Erin performed in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean Islands with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Since returning to the U.S., Erin has been teaching at dance studios and camps throughout her native Indiana and locally in Massachusetts. Her choreography has been featured at the Project Excel Awards and at the world premiere of the musical, The Circus in Winter. Most recently, Erin appeared in a commercial for the Connecticut Lottery. - BETH MOGUEL
Beth Moguel grew up dancing in Brevard, NC and Buffalo, NY. Her early training in ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, lyrical, modern, and hip hop came from several different studios, including Neglia Conservatory of Ballet and Clark Academy of Performing Arts. Beth has an BA in Classical Studies with minors in Math and Italian from Brandeis University and an MAT in Latin from Boston University. Beth has performed with and choreographed for Adagio Dance Company and Allegro Dance Collaborative. When not dancing, Beth is a Classics master at Boston Latin School. - LAUREN PAJER
Lauren Pajer has been dancing since she was three. She began her training at Pinewood School of Dance in Stormville, NY where she dance competitively until she was 18, and attended a number of summer intensives with American Academy of Ballet. As a dance minor at SUNY Geneseo, Lauren’s work Inevitable was selected to be presented at the 2010 ACDFA festival in Erie, PA. She was also later invited to set her piece on Common Ground Dance Company in Baltimore in 2012. She received her BA in Interpersonal Communication, and now takes regular classes at Boston Ballet where she works as a Graphic Designer and Digital Content Manager. - KRISTIN PILTZECKER
Kristin Piltzecker took her first ballet class at age 4 and was hooked. Along the way, she added tap, jazz, gymnastics, contemporary and hip hop to her repertoire. Her early training was at the Patti Eisenhauer Dance Center. Kristin has performed with Mainly Jazz Dance Company, Harvard Ballet Company, Rainbow Tribe and Embrace Dance Company. Kristin graduated with a BA in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University. When not dancing with Cambridge Dance Company, she puts her knack for numbers to work as an actuary. - LELIA ROSENKRANS
started dancing at the age of four at Rhythm and Shoes Dance Studio in Springdale, Arkansas, training under Tobey McCutcheon and Astrid Soto. In May of 2018 she graduated from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance and a minor in Chemistry. To date she has been a company member with Long2 in New York City and the state of Arkansas' only professional tap company, Untapped, Inc. Additionally, she has performed with Arkansas Festival Ballet, Arkansas Symphony Orchestra, and The Muses Project. In October of 2018, she made the move to Boston to work as a research technician at Boston University School of Medicine and joined Cambridge Dance Company!
