Do you love the thrill of being on stage?
If you’re an experienced dancer with a busy life but an open heart for the stage, we’re here for you! Join Cambridge Dance Company as we enter our 14th season and enjoy opportunities to dance, perform, and choreograph.
For consideration, please submit a video audition and your dance resume by October 31, 2025 to Jessica at cambridgedancecompany@gmail.com.
Video submission guidelines:
- Introduction: Include your name, a little bit about your training, and why you are interested in Cambridge Dance Company. Please indicate whether or not you can commit to rehearsals on Tuesday evenings from 8 – 10 pm in the Boston area. This can be about a minute in length.
- Dance content: Include up to 3 minutes showcasing your dance abilities with jazz and contemporary. Be sure to highlight skills such as leaps, pirouettes, and battements. Feel free to add anything else that showcases your special skills or technique.
- General recording: Please record your audition horizontally and be sure you have enough space to dance full-out. A smartphone camera should be sufficient.
Once your audition materials are reviewed, you may be invited for an in-person audition. You will be notified of your advancement via email.
